Job description:
Custodial Manager: Across the US, Compass Group provides tremendous opportunities in custodial management. As a Custodial Manager, you will be responsible for successfully coordinating all work activities of janitorial personnel. You must also have the ability to supervise, direct, and develop supervisors and hourly employees in accordance with company guidelines, and to ensure customer satisfaction through high quality standards, while maintaining an environment that is safe and equitable. Fellowships are available in San Diego, San Francisco, the Greater Los Angeles Area

This opportunity is a fourteen to sixteen (14-16) week intensive program that combines e-instruction plus work experience in a supervised real-world environment. Partnered mentors, who will guide participants in skill development and workplace success, will supervise participants of the program.
