Eglin Outdoor Recreation, Community Services - 96th Force Support Squadron, Community Flight

Develop and implement community and recreational programsfor Airmen and their families, deliver needs-based, customer-driven programs bothon and off the installation with a resiliency minded focud. Develop and maintainpartnership and agreements with various internal and external agencies, business,communities, military units, professional associations, local colleges,universities, parks and recreation departments, commercial vendors, andnational organizations to maximize resources.

Oversees a variety of geographically dispersed facilities/activities; and ensures usage does not conflict with policies governing participation. Develops goals and objectives for the Outdoor Recreation Programs which meet agency intent. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships. Generates comprehensive short and long term budgets and fiscal requirements to meet the program objectives and maintain internal control. Evaluates the effectiveness of ongoing outdoor recreation activities from the standpoint of participants’ response, resources, unforeseen developments, and program evaluations. Adapts and varies program activities as a result of findings.
