in 90 days, BlueDragon interns will develop expertise in the most advanced root cause analysis methodologies, modern virtual frameworks, AI-enhanced data analysis, and strategic/proactive risk mitigation. Trainees will apply their military leadership experience alongside advanced causal analysis techniques to help organizations resolve longstanding, recurring, high-impact challenges. The program integrates cognitive bias training, data analytics, and AI-enhanced causal data analysis tools, preparing graduates for consulting in safety, risk management, and operations leadership roles. We accept O5+ and E7+ applicants from any part of the world. Proven ability to work remotely and independently is required. Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet is advisable since most personnel will work remotely from home.
