Job description:
• The Business Unit Leader (BUL) will be responsible for 30-40 wage employees daily operations in a 24/7 business model. The BUL is responsible for the Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery and Standards achieving of their assigned Business unit.• The BUL will lead their assigned team through the Michelin Manufacturing Way process. They will do this through data centric information and working to improve daily.• The BUL is the main focus on the day to day execution of the plant and is the on the ground leader executing plans daily and achieving result through their people. • The BUL is the closest of the management team to production. Although they supervise the wage employees, the BUL is seen as the expert for their area.
Eligibility factors:
All Services
Bachelors degree preferred; Understanding of MS Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to learn different computer programs to assist with daily tasks.Should have lead and managed Similar scope or above.
