Participants will gain practical, real-world experience working with motorcycles through structured on-the-job training. The program is designed to build technical skills in diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of motorcycles, preparing graduates for direct entry into the powersports and motorcycle service industry. Training is delivered in-person at our Georgia location and runs for 17 weeks.
Job description:
As a Motorcycle Technician Trainee, participants will learn to perform routine maintenance, mechanical diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of motorcycle makes and models. Instruction emphasizes safety, precision, and professional service standards.Key skills taught include:Conducting inspections and preventive maintenanceTroubleshooting and repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systemsUsing diagnostic tools and service manualsSupporting shop operations including parts management and customer serviceGraduates of the program will be well-positioned for employment as entry-level motorcycle technicians, service writers, or shop assistants in dealerships, repair facilities, or independent shops.
Service member is responsible for lodging and transportation expenses.
