It is a growing recession proof industry, especially with so many working from home or doing school from home nowadays, the demand for internet and cable keeps rising. Our end goal is to have dedicated workers that focus on the bigger picture which is making sure customers are taking care of in a professional manner, complete work in a timely manner and at the end of each week go home with great pay to support themselves.

The participant will learn and need to know are as follow: customer service (how to work with customers), and how to install, transfer, trouble shoot, deactivate cable, internet, and phone service. Other task they will learn or need to know are self-motivation, time management and work well by themselves but also as a team player.
