Job description:
Shadow the Project Manger on a daily basis. Reviewing architectural and structural drawings and understanding them. Job take off as needed. Meet and coordinate with sub contractors at the job site. Meet inspectors at the jobsite as needed. Running errands to pickup material as needed. Writing purchase orders to vendors and trades. Setting deadlines for trades. Reporting a daily log to PM. Learning the building codes including but not limited to structural, masonry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical. Other tasks as needed. Bi-lingual (not mandatory but helps).
