Residential builder project trainee - can convert to Project Manager. Review and understand architectural and structural drawings in detail. Coordinate with subcontractors for building projects. Writing purchase orders to the vendors and trades. Tracking daily tasks. Shadow PM. Meeting task deadlines. Meeting with inspectors as needed. Weekly training.

Shadow the Project Manger on a daily basis. Reviewing architectural and structural drawings and understanding them. Job take off as needed. Meet and coordinate with sub contractors at the job site. Meet inspectors at the jobsite as needed. Running errands to pickup material as needed. Writing purchase orders to vendors and trades. Setting deadlines for trades. Reporting a daily log to PM. Learning the building codes including but not limited to structural, masonry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical. Other tasks as needed. Bi-lingual (not mandatory but helps).
