    Summary description:
    The Radio Communications (RC) Integrated Product Team (IPT) is within the Fleet C4I and Readiness Department of NIWC Atlantic. Its purpose is to provide technical, engineering, and logistics support for radio communications systems installed onboard U.S. Navy ships and shore stations. The RC IPT is the In Service engineering Agent (ISEA) for High Frequency (HF), Very High Frequency (VHF), and Ultra High Frequency (UHF) communications systems, and audio/voice switches used for exterior communications. The RC IPT also assists with design, development, testing, and fielding of new RC systems to upgrade or replace existing systems.
    Job description:
    As a Radio Communications Electronics Technician (ET) within the RC IPT, this role will perform troubleshooting, testing, repair, training, and updating technical and logistics documentation for one or more of the following equipment types: High Frequency (HF) radios, Ultra High Frequency (UHF) radios, Portable Radios, Battle Force Tactical Network (BFTN) systems, Tactical Variant Switch (TVS) and/or Single Audio System (SAS).

    Eligibility factors:
    All Services
    1-10+ years of related experience; Secret-Top Secret Clearance; Electronic technician NECs associated with UHF, HF, TVS, SAS, Portable Radio, or BFTN radio communication systems; Professional knowledge and experience maintaining Naval radio communications systems
