The Budget Analyst performs wide ranging tasks for the National Cemetery Administration. Budget Analysts average a Total Loss Rate (defined as any loss due to retirement,death, termination, voluntary separation, or transfer that removes the employee from the selected NCA facility)of 19.6% in FY 2024.
