This position requires a talented SW Architecture Engineer that can work with a cross functional and Joint team to drive the SW architecture and strategy in a dynamic operational environment. Must design, document, and implement SW architectures for complex EW systems. Candidate will support SW architecture during all phases of the system lifecycle, including request for proposal/ white paper, inform source selection, design, development, test and evaluation, training, and sustainment. The candidate should be versed in DoD Weapon Systems Engineering principles.

Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (ex. Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software, or Systems Engineering).• US Citizen with a current DoD Top Secret security clearance and SCI eligibility.• Ability to lead SW Integrated Product Team in a dynamic environment. • Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills to include documenting and archiving architecture.• Experience with development and fielding of Electronic Warfare programs.Required Experience: • Direct experience with DoD SW principles and practices.• Direct experience with Defense Adaptive Acquisition Framework Experience with SW architecture of complex, highly technical systems.• Active Participation in Systems Engineering Reviews to include Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews; experience facilitating Test Readiness Reviews.Desired Qualifications: • Direct experience with DoD Agile SW principles and practices.• Defense Acquisition Workforce Level III Technical (or comparable civilian certificate).
