XILO is offering active military members the opportunity to learn how to sell B2B software in a professional software sales environment. This role will require the candidate to make calls to prospective customers, win their time to pitch them our software, and schedule meetings with our account executives who will then close the deal. You'll learn standard meeting cadences for software sales, KPIs you have to hit in order to be effective, how to use platforms like Salesforce common in software organizations, and sales tactics to garner interest, make a prospect aware of problems, and to close them on setting a meeting with an AE. This position does offer graduation to a full-time role to those that hit specific results during the program. Top performers can be promoted immediately to the SDR Lead position which is next in line to becoming an account executive for XILO. Everyone will be offered a recommendation to other organizations if they prove to be beneficial to the culture and hard working.
Job description:
Expectations for this role include, making 50-75 calls a day to prospective customers, enriching your leads with contact information based on research, management of your sales pipeline in Salesforce, routine attendance to daily stand-ups and weekly strategy meetings.
