The intern will work closely with budget and program staff to provide reporting support and contribute to resource allocation decisions, gaining practical experience in public sector financial management.
Job description:
Supports the Bureau of Land Management’s budgeting and financial planning processes. Assists with preparing and reviewing budget estimates, analyzing expenditure data, and maintaining compliance with federal and BLM guidelines. Provides reporting support, collaborates with teams on resource allocation, and gains hands-on experience in public sector budgeting and financial management.
U.S. Citizenship is required. Appointment will be subject to a favorably adjudicated background / suitability investigation / determination.
