The Werner Enterprises Employer Sponsored Training Program (ESTP) is an exciting and innovative opportunity designed to secure high-quality, skills-based training for transitioning Service members in commercial driving and provides immediate and meaningful employment with Werner Enterprises upon transition. ESTP is a performance based program completed in four weeks. Transitioning Service members will be offered an opportunity to receive CDL-A training through Werner's school network on an individual or cohort basis using late model equipment with automatic transmissions. The curriculum is designed for students to develop skills to obtain a CDL-A, as well as options for endorsement training in HAZMAT, double/triples, tankers and passenger. Upon completion of the program, students will have attained the skills and knowledge necessary to take the CDL-A skills test.

Graduates of this program will be placed in a CDL-A driving position with Werner Enterprises anywhere in the continental United States.
