This SkillBridge Internship is for our Recruiter position. This position plays a key role in staffing our field offices and ensuring headcount needs are met. The Recruiter collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure the assigned region(s) receive quality talent by developing a pipeline of candidates, conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, and partner with hiring managers to complete the selection and onboarding process of identified new hires. The SkillBridge Program can be 90-180 days of internship, a total of twelve to twenty-four weeks or three to six months. After each period of training, the intern will be assessed on their knowledge of the curriculum for that designated training slot.
Job description:
Collaborate with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs across various brands and locations. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making final selections where applicable.Utilize a variety of recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates. Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their unique staffing requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders to create a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's employer brand. Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
