This SkillBridge opportunity provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience supporting an in-house corporate legal department in the hospitality industry. Participants will work directly with the General Counsel and gain exposure to contract administration, litigation support, employment law, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate legal operations.Key learning areas include:Contract and legal document managementLitigation and case file administrationEmployment law and HR compliance supportRegulatory agency response coordination (EEOC, DOL, etc.)Legal research and document preparationRisk management and insurance claim documentationCorporate legal department operationsMulti-state business compliance and policy administrationParticipants will develop practical experience in legal procedures, contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking, records management, and legal technology systems while supporting a fast-paced, multi-state hospitality organization.
Remote SkillBridge opportunity with a corporate Legal, Risk & Compliance department supporting a nationwide hospitality management company. Participants will receive mentorship from the General Counsel and gain practical experience in contract administration, litigation support, employment law, compliance, risk management, and corporate legal operations. Limited travel may be required. No cost to participating service members. Successful participants may be considered for future employment opportunities based on business needs and performance.

• Active-duty service member approved for DoD SkillBridge participation• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience• Minimum 3 years of military or civilian paralegal, legal administration, compliance, or related experience• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment• Experience with contracts, litigation support, employment law, compliance, investigations, or regulatory matters preferred• Military paralegal (27D, LN, Legal Specialist, or equivalent) experience strongly preferredy
