Administrative Support OperationsProvide day-to-day administrative assistance to senior corporate staff and executives.Prepare, format, and maintain professional documentation using Microsoft Word.Develop, update, and manage data within Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to support business operations and reporting.Information & Records ManagementOrganize, maintain, and update digital records and files within SharePoint and other enterprise systems.Ensure proper document version control, accessibility, and compliance with internal organizational standards.Research & Data CollectionConduct research to gather data, identify resources, and compile information relevant to ongoing projects or executive requests.Summarize findings into clear, concise reports or briefing materials.Task & Workflow SupportAssist in reviewing and tracking internal task requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.Help prioritize administrative workflows to support leadership efficiency.Executive Support FunctionsPerform administrative tasks that reduce executive workload, including data entry, document preparation, coordination of materials, and process organization.Support coordination across departments as directed by senior staff.
