Top Aces provides advanced airborne training to the world's leading air forces. Founded in 2000 by a group of highly accomplished fighter pilots, Top Aces provides advanced adversary ("red air") and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) to the world's leading air forces. It has the largest fleet of commercially operated fighter aircraft and is the first company in the world to acquire the F-16, which will enter service later this year in support of the US Air Force. Its mission-critical training enhances the operational readiness of combat air forces by providing real-world experience. Top Aces training creates significant cost efficiencies and extends the lifecycle of military fleets. As a Crew Chief 1 technicians they will be provided training and development in their position. They will perform and qualify on specific tasks through maintenance orientation and On-the-Job Training (OJT). Once qualified they will perform maintenance, repair, modification, and inspection of company aircraft. The technicians personal training plans are aligned with Top Aces Crew Chief 1 technicians' role.

F-16 Crew Chief Technician. The Crew Chief 1 technicians are an integral part of our maintenance team. Their experience, practical knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills will ensure that the aircraft are always maintained in an airworthy and dispatch-ready status. This role is an entry level role that is critical for our growth and evolving workforce. Their alignment with Top Aces Corp. team gives the Crew Chief 1 technicians the support and direction to be successful in supporting our mission to provide the best support to our customers during training and evaluation. They play a very important role in ensuring our aircraft meeting their performance standard metrics high with the level of engagement the Crew Chief 1 technician is expected to deliver.

Must have experience working on Military aircraft and the ability to get and retain an airframe and powerplant certificate from the FAA.
