They will perform and qualify on specific tasks through maintenance orientation and On-the-Job Training (OJT). Once qualified they will perform maintenance, repair, modification, and inspection of company aircraft. The technicians personal training plans are aligned with Top Aces Crew Chief 1 technicians' role.
Job description:
F-16 Crew Chief Technician. The Crew Chief 1 technicians are an integral part of our maintenance team. Their experience, practical knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills will ensure that the aircraft are always maintained in an airworthy and dispatch-ready status. This role is an entry level role that is critical for our growth and evolving workforce. Their alignment with Top Aces Corp. team gives the Crew Chief 1 technicians the support and direction to be successful in supporting our mission to provide the best support to our customers during training and evaluation. They play a very important role in ensuring our aircraft meeting their performance standard metrics high with the level of engagement the Crew Chief 1 technician is expected to deliver.

All Services
Must have experience working on Military aircraft and the ability to get and retain an airframe and powerplant certificate from the FAA.
