Job description:
A Commercial General Contractor Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Their role involves managing all aspects of a project from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and team management. Project Managers collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the construction team to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. They create project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple facets of a construction project and ensure its successful delivery.
