Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager/Technical Integrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while furthering technical architecture initiatives. The Project Manager/Technical Integrator will work closely with different departments, including marketing, contracts, IT, business development, and program personnel to ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.• Lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes effectively to senior management and other relevant parties.• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.• Analyze architecture and implementation plans.• Review project documentation and requirements.• Learn PKI architecture and identity management practices.• Map cybersecurity roles to mission priorities.• Explore protect/detect/respond mission sets.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.• Proficiency in project management software and applications.• PMP certification is a plus.Training and Development: The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program that covers the following areas:• Program management fundamentals• Program management processes and tools• Program management leadership and communication• Program management best practices and case studiesThe training program will include mentoring sessions to ensure the candidate develops the necessary skills and competencies to perform their role effectively and efficiently
