Participates in developing and coordinating plans, policies, and procedures to ensure a comprehensive EEO program is implemented throughout the installation.
Job description:
Advises management officials on problems affecting the promotion, development, training and recruitment of employees and applicants. Counsels employees/applicants having discrimination complaints, explains complaint procedures and processes, recommends solutions and alternatives, assists in complaint negotiations and with training of EEO related programs, etc.
Preferred EEO Counselor Course (EEOCC), Equal Opportunity Advisor Course (EOAC), or Equal Opportunity Advisor Reserve Component Course (EOARCC)
