Job description:
A Real Estate Development Manager working for EM Builders Enterprise, LLC will have intricate knowledge of individual projects, will procure financing and loans, process plan check requirements, oversee plan permitting and approval with local authorities, coordinate job site planning and blueprints designs, manage human resources, perform and contract general contracting services, list and sell Real Estate (Residential, Commercial, etc.), manage active listings, and orchestrate smooth closing transactions. The EM Builders Enterprise Skillbridge Program provides the participant with the necessary skills and experience to further their own advancement in the growing field of Real Estate Development.
