This SkillBridge opportunity provides transitioning service members with comprehensive, hands-on training in the ServiceNow platform and prepares participants for careers in ServiceNow administration, development, and security operations.During this 960-hour program, participants will complete ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals training and work toward obtaining their ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Training then progresses into advanced ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), with a focus on Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR).Participants will gain practical experience through hands-on labs, ServiceNow training environments, live virtual instruction and mentorship, technical demonstrations, troubleshooting exercises, integrations, workflows, automation, CMDB, vulnerability management, security incident response, and capstone projects.Throughout the program, participants will work alongside experienced ServiceNow professionals and SkillBridge alumni to develop the technical and professional skills needed to transition into a civilian career within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The ServiceNow Developer SkillBridge Intern will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop the technical skills needed for a career within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Participants will work alongside experienced ServiceNow professionals while completing technical training, labs, development exercises, mentorship sessions, and capstone projects.Throughout the program, participants will gain experience configuring and developing within the ServiceNow platform, including application configuration, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, reporting, CMDB, data management, integrations, UI Policies, Business Rules, workflows, and platform administration.Participants will also receive specialized training in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), including Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response. Training will include vulnerability management, security incident creation and management, threat intelligence, MITRE ATT&CK, security integrations, risk calculations, automated workflows, playbooks, and incident response processes.Participants will:Complete ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals training and prepare for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.Configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow training environments.Complete hands-on labs, technical exercises, and troubleshooting activities.Gain experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, integrations, and automation.Develop skills in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response.Participate in live virtual training, technical demonstrations, mentoring sessions, and instructor-led reviews.Complete capstone projects that apply technical skills to realistic ServiceNow requirements and use cases.Present completed technical solutions and receive feedback from experienced ServiceNow professionals.Develop the technical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills needed to transition into a civilian ServiceNow career.This is a Department of Defense SkillBridge training opportunity intended for eligible transitioning service members.
