Job description:
This program will provide the opportunity to develop human resource skills and develop new communication skills. The interns will work under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager to perform personnel file audits, use process improvement to develop HR SOPs and developing mock policies for the organization.
This intern opportunity is in Palmer, Alaska. Intern participants must be able to pass a background check and a drug test, lift 50 pounds, work with a diverse group of individuals, enjoy problem solving, employee relations and be able to use communication skills to present difficult challenges and resolve conflict.
