Help Desk Technician -Provides technical support to users, addressing and resolving issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, through direct communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. System Administrator -Manages and maintains the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliable operation of computer systems, servers, networks, and ensuring data security and efficiency. Network Administrator - Designs, implements, and maintains network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of data communication systems within the organization. Cyber Security Technician -safeguards the organization's computer networks and systems by monitoring, detecting, investigating, and responding to security threats and vulnerabilities.
