Job description:
You will learn all the skills necessary to assist with installing and commissioning residential heating and air conditioning systems. Additionally, you will gain exposure to maintenance and diagnostic skills necessary to work as an Plumbing Maintenance Technician. As an Apprentice Technician, you will:• Demonstrate 5-star customer service every day• Bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow• Take pride in the quality of work you create• Always looking for a challenge to grow 1% better every day• Participate as a part of a team empowered to share ideas, improve processes, and optimize the customer experience• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams• Keep your company truck clean and inventory ready• Properly complete paperwork• Maintain a clean and professional appearance• Have and maintain a clean driving record• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional• Maintain communication with customers, your manager, parts, and service teams.
