Job description:
This opportunity is a Service & Project Coordinator for managing service requests, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of technical and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities include: Manage service requests and work orders, ensuring timely assignment and completion. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to keep projects on track. Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of service and project tasks.Track and manage work progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues. Facilitate scheduling and dispatching of technicians or field service personnel as needed. Monitor inventory and procurement needs, ensuring required parts and materials are ordered and available. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to service requests, project progress, and operational updates. Identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and project management workflows.
