By automating and standardizing warehouse processes, WMS helps lower costs, support scalability, and ensure the company can meet growing demand with precision and speed.Duties and Responsibilities:• Identifies and resolves issues related to WMS application usage in the warehouse.• Recommends changes to procedures and workflows to enhance performance and throughput.• Oversees inventory control processes to maintain accurate system and physical inventory alignment.• Monitors and resolves incomplete WMS transactions (e.g., receipts, putaways, picks, shipments).• Utilizes WMS reports to diagnose causes of delays and errors.• Analyzes storage characteristics (e.g., velocity, capacity, tolerance) and recommends improvements.• Develops and delivers training programs, including OJT and classroom instruction.• Supervises Inventory Specialists and supports their daily functions.• Performs other related warehouse and system duties as assigned.
