The Grimco Manufacturing Trainee will get firsthand experience inside a manufacturing facility, learning the processes, machinery, and management skills required to be effective and efficient. They will spend 90 days learning in the different departments while working alongside our top talent, trainers, and supervisors. Wrapping up the experience they will spend time alongside our manufacturing manager to see the big picture and gather insights of how to run a facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:• Learn our existing manufacturing processes and identify any areas for improvement and optimization.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and management. • Spend time in each department learning the equipment, people, and processes• Work alongside our supervisors, trainers, and managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, & OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks/projects effectively. • Ability to read and understand schematics and data.. • Process strong mathematical competency.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Exhibit strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.BENEFITS:• Full medical, dental, and vision benefits available.
