The Friedom Partners SkillBridge training program will prepare the Service member for the role of a Private Equity Investment Analyst. The job description includes conducting financial analysis, due diligence, market research, and assisting in investment decision-making processes. Upon completing the training program, the Service member will possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities. This includes analyzing industry trends, economic factors, and competitive landscapes. -Financial Modeling and Valuation: Creating and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate the financial performance and valuation of potential investments. This involves understanding and projecting revenues, expenses, and cash flows, and assessing risks. -Due Diligence: Participating in the due diligence process for potential investments. This includes reviewing financial statements, business models, management teams, and operational practices to assess the viability and potential risks of investments. -Investment Memos and Presentations: Preparing investment memos and presentations for the investment committee, detailing the investment rationale, financial analysis, risks, and recommendations. -Deal Structuring and Execution: Assisting in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and working through the legal and regulatory aspects of transactions. -Portfolio Management Support: Supporting the management of portfolio companies, which may include strategic planning, financial monitoring, and operational improvements. -Industry Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals, investment bankers, and other stakeholders to source deals and gather insights. -Reporting and Performance Analysis: Assisting in preparing reports on portfolio performance and conducting analysis to inform future investment strategies.
