By leveraging the intern's management and leadership experience and SRI Managements training, a career with the company could begin as soon as the intern departs active duty.
Job description:
The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal and local regulations and guidelines pertaining to the operation of a senior living community, in all departments including resident care, social services, activities, housekeeping, dining and sales and marketing.
This internship opportunity is individually developed based on the available time frame of the transitioning service member. The minimum amount of time required in order to fully participate in the training available through this opportunity is 15 weeks.
