The Skillbridge intern will work alongside the Golf Course Superintendent and management team to gain hands on experience in all aspects of golf course operations. Training includes turfgrass management, irrigation systems, equipment maintenance, pesticide and fertilizer applications, budgeting, and operational management.

SkillBridge Position: Golf Course Maintenance InternPosition Title: SkillBridge Golf Course Maintenance InternProgram Duration: 90–180 Days (based on SkillBridge approval)Position Summary:The Golf Course Maintenance SkillBridge Internship provides transitioning service members with hands-on training in golf course and landscape management. Participants work under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent and maintenance staff to learn industry-standard practices in turfgrass management, irrigation, equipment operation, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
