The company provides weekly pool service to over 1,000 residential and commercial clients, offers repairs/installation services to many more, and partners with pool builders to prepare a new pool for a homeowner’s first swim. We employ motivated individuals seeking to join the GL Pools family of professional pool technicians. The GL Pools SkillBridge program focuses on providing a deep understanding of residential and commercial swimming pool systems, expert level client care/customer service, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems on the go. Training will involve very specific details surrounding the day-to-day work in each yard, such as operating automation, doing chemistry analysis and balancing, the steps in cleaning a pool, reporting/resolving repairs needed on systems, communicating with clients and our team, and fine tuning this set of skills to a highly professional level. This involves a mixture of class training and in the field hands on training.
