This SkillBridge opportunity provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience supporting an in-house corporate legal department in the hospitality industry. Participants will work directly with the General Counsel and gain exposure to contract administration, litigation support, employment law, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate legal operations. Key learning areas include: Contract and legal document management, Litigation and case file administration, Employment law and HR compliance support, Regulatory agency response coordination (EEOC, DOL, etc.)Legal research and document preparation, Risk management and insurance claim documentation, Corporate legal department operations, Multi-state business compliance and policy administration. Participants will develop practical experience in legal procedures, contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking, records management, and legal technology systems while supporting a fast-paced, multi-state hospitality organization.
