SALARY $70-90K

Responsibilities:

  • Email/Social Media Management:

    • Create strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement through email and social media.

    • Create and post content on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and manage email lists.

    • Interact with followers on social media, respond to comments, and monitor channels.

    • Track email campaign results and add leads to the sales process.

    • Analyze social media performance and report on how well campaigns are doing.

  • Content Creation:

    • Build landing pages and calls to action (CTAs) on the company website.

    • Write and edit different types of marketing content (blogs, newsletters, press releases, etc.).

    • Work with designers to make visually appealing content.

    • Make sure all content follows brand guidelines and is high-quality.

    • Research industry trends and interesting topics.

  • Paid Search Campaigns:

    • Help plan, run, and improve paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

    • Research keywords and competitors to guide campaign strategies.

    • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and make changes to get the best results.

    • Create reports on paid search results.

  • Brand Management:

    • Make sure the brand is presented consistently across all marketing efforts.

    • Create and maintain guidelines for how the brand should look and sound.

    • Help with branding projects like logo design and packaging.

    • Keep an eye on market trends and what competitors are doing.

  • General Functions:

    • Help the marketing team with administrative work and project management.

    • Work with other departments to make sure marketing plans support the company's goals.

    • Help organize marketing events.

    • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends.
