We are proud to offer a DoD SkillBridge internship for transitioning service members interested in gaining experience in operations management within a mission-driven, tech-enabled education organization. As an Operations Management Intern, you’ll support key initiatives across workforce development, education services, and business operations. You’ll also receive entrepreneurial training, exposure to startup operations, and guidance on translating your military leadership experience into the civilian workforce.

You will work on the following:
Assist with day-to-day project coordination across apprenticeship, microschool, and workforce development programs
Develop and optimize operational processes using tools such as Airtable, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
Support the implementation of employer and education partner onboarding workflows
Assist with internal reporting, data tracking, and productivity analysis
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand organizational strategy and execution
Support entrepreneurial initiatives such as the Venture Foundry, helping student-led and community startups succeed
Receive one-on-one coaching in business planning, startup strategy, and civilian professional development
