Responsibilities:
Lead and manage small construction crews
Oversee project timelines and quality control
Communicate directly with homeowners throughout projects
Provide daily project updates and status reports
Manage work schedules and team coordination
Implement our proprietary WOW service program

Qualifications:
Active duty service member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program
