Description:
The Production Team Leader SkillBridge program is an immersive opportunity designed to provide hands-on leadership experience in manufacturing and operations. This program will prepare servicemembers to lead production teams, manage workflows, and deliver exceptional quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibility Opportunities:

• Supervise production teams to ensure daily goals and quality standards are met.

• Manage safety protocols and compliance across all operations.

• Optimize workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Develop and maintain schedules, ensuring timely project completion.

• Resolve conflicts and provide mentorship to team members.

• Assist in quality control and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active-duty servicemember eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience in team management, production, or operations is a plus.

• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Training Model:

• Classroom sessions at Valley Electric’s facilities for foundational knowledge.

• Hands-on training and on-the-job shadowing with experienced team leaders.

• Video-based learning modules through our Learning Management System (LMS).
