Service 2 Software (S2S) is a veteran-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping active-duty service members launch successful civilian careers in the technology sector. Our DoD SkillBridge / Army Career Skills Program (CSP) connects service members with real opportunities in professional, business-to-business (B2B) sales roles, primarily within Software as a Service (SaaS) companies.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent the company’s products and services, leveraging your knowledge and customer research

• Generate leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach

• Build and manage a pipeline of interested prospects

• Collaborate with sales executives to move leads forward

• Utilize tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage your workflow

What You’ll Need:

• Active-duty service member within your last 180 days of service

• Command approval for SkillBridge / CSP participation

• TAP & Capstone completion

• Not flagged or barred from reenlistment

• Strong communication skills, leadership mindset, and desire to learn

• No sales experience required — we’ll train you!

Program Requirements:

• Service 2 Software application and acceptance process

• A Service 2 Software Program Acceptance Letter

• Reliable internet connection (laptop and workspace provided by host companies)
