This position comes with a comprehensive training plan designed to set you up for success. You'll receive initial and ongoing training to master company-specific tools, systems, and processes. This includes product knowledge, sales techniques (for sales roles), software platforms, and internal procedures. Additionally, you'll have access to training resources to enhance your skills in areas like customer service, communication, and industry best practices, ensuring you have the knowledge and support needed to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: ● Learn the ropes: Participate in training to understand the company's products, sales strategies, and techniques.

  1. Find new customers: Actively seek out and build relationships with potential clients.

  2. Travel and build relationships: Travel within your assigned area to meet with current and potential clients.

  3. Take care of existing customers: Manage existing accounts, give advice, find ways to improve their experience, and provide reports.

  4. Understand customer needs: Analyze what each client needs, find opportunities to sell them something, and create solutions for them.

  5. Guide the sales process: Help customers through the entire buying process.

  6. Keep good records: Track sales calls, forecasts, and customer information in the company's system.

  7. Make a sales plan: Create and follow a plan to achieve your sales goals.

  8. Create proposals: Put together proposals with pricing and contract details.

  9. Report your work: Submit reports on your sales and expenses.

  10. Valid driver's license and insurance: You'll need these for travel.

  11. Compensation: ● Base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year plus uncapped commission. ● First-year on-target earnings (OTE) are estimated around $90,000, with the potential to significantly exceed this amount based on performance. This territory is new, providing a significant opportunity for growth and high earning potential for driven individuals.
