A leader in vehicle ecommerce, eBay Motors aims to be where consumers shop first when searching for cars, trucks, motorcycles, commercial trucks and other specialty vehicles. We recently launched a new checkout experience that allows eBay customers to buy or sell a vehicle simply, safely, and completely online. In this role, you are responsible for bringing buyers and sellers together utilizing the tools and services at your disposal. The process includes outreach by email, text, phone, and other means necessary to facilitate a happy buyer and seller utilizing the online selling tools.

● Becoming proficient at eBay internal tools and navigation of eBay.com
● Excellent communication skills, including being professional, personable, and assertive with mix of business and individual customers
● Track record of task completion
What you will accomplish:
● Helping complete online transactions by opening the lines of communication
● Calling, texting, and emailing the buyer and seller to educate them on eBay sales and our online checkout experience
● Facilitate delivering GMV (completing online vehicle sales) to the Motors Category
● Interact with internal and external partners to realize opportunities
● Hone skills of communication in the Motors industry
● Gather feedback from customers that can be used to improve our vehicles sell and purchase experience
Position Detail:
● Located in Draper, UT 5-days a week (M-F) in office with an option to work from home 1-day per week. Hybrid schedule to be revisited after 3-6 month training ramp.
● Position is designed to be a SkillBridge to 1-year contract with the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee afterwards.
● Contract pay is $30 - $36 per hour.
