Inside Sales and Operations
The Inside Sales and Operations Training program is a 10 week program designed to provide job shadowing and on the job experience. The program offering includes but not limited to E-Learning, personal and workplace safety, equipment training and certifications, enterprise database training, SalesForce data analysis training. The training opportunity includes a job rotation through entry-level equipment familiarization, driver overview and dispatch procedures, Inside Sales Representative familiarization, RentalMan Reservation system training, intro to Outside Sales Site Safety, Outside Sales SalesForce customer analysis and development, Branch Operations and management.
Sales/Operations: 60 – 90 days ISR/Operations training program that provide the participants with a job rotation. Beginning with Equipment Associate training to become familiar with the equipment and earn required certificates. Upon completion, they progress into Inside Sales Representative (ISR) training. In this module each participant gain exposure to our internal state of the art system (RentalMan) to understand the full spectrum of our operation. This training/development as an ISR culminating with exposure to Outside Sales Rep and Salesforce Training.
60-120 day Technician training program participants participate in a job rotation starting as an Equipment Associate (EA) learning equipment safety, and earning equipment handling certifications. Interns are assigned to a seasoned technician at the designated branch for training. Participants will work side by side learning to inspect and troubleshoot equipment. Gaining technical skills and crossing training on the industries latest equipment.
The AMP Tech training program provides the participants with an on the job training (OJT) rotation. Beginning with Equipment Associate training to become familiar with the equipment and earning required safety and equipment operation certificates. Upon completion, participants progress into Service Technician training. In these modules each participant gains exposure to our inspection, basic maintenance procedures and demonstrate diagnostic/troubleshooting skills under the supervision of a senior level technician. Participants will learn our internal enterprise system (RentalMan) to perform equipment service status updates and other functions. The job rotation includes an opportunity job shadow with the Sr. Technicians, Service Manager, and a ride along with a Field Service Technician. This provides an opportunity to gain valuable trade skills and insights to higher level roles within the technician career path.
