Rather than focusing on a single position, participants are matched with available opportunities based on their skills, interests, experience, business needs, and geographic location.SkillBridge participants may gain exposure to operational, customer-facing, project-based, and corporate environments while working alongside experienced professionals. Opportunities may be available in Operations, Dispatch, Sales, Safety, Inventory Management, Project Management, Installation Services, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and other business functions.Through meaningful work assignments, mentorship, and professional development, participants can enhance their civilian career readiness while learning about DOW's culture, values, and commitment to service excellence.
