Conduct research and provide analysis to extend funding and technology partnerships across the Services, Secretariat, Joint, and OSD. Manage non-traditional modernization efforts in support of the Army Intelligence Security Enterprise (AISE). Manage and inform stakeholders and teammates outside of the HQDA G2 including Army Futures Command, Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER), Accelerate the Procurement and Fielding of Innovative Technologies (APFIT), Office of Strategic Capital, and Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTDs). Constantly assess current sensor capabilities to validate major sensing challenges and gaps, coordinate and oversee requirements for the modernization of the AISE focused on targeted investments in the advancing deep sensing technologies and exploring disruptive technologies to “Fight Tonight”. Quickly assimilate vast amounts of data and produce written and oral products and assessments informed by doctrine and policy to increase situational understanding and enhance decision making of Senior leaders. Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the modernization of Army Multidomain Intelligence. In conjunction with the Office of Strategic Advantage Branch Chief support success of the Strategic Business Element, Operations Branch, Technology Acceleration Branch, Experiments and Wargames Branch, and Combat System Division Branch. Perform other duties as required to build the most responsive and lethal Intelligence and Security Enterprise in the world.

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company is seeking a Cost Estimator to support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Deputy Director, Rapid Acquisition Prototyping and Project Office (RAPPO) and Deputy Director, Advanced Concepts and Critical Technologies (ACCT) Office. The RCCTO mission is to rapidly and efficiently research, develop, prototype, test, evaluate, procure, transition, and/or field critical enabling technologies and capabilities that address near-term, and mid-term threats. This individual will provide cost-estimating support and various cost functions involving the formulation, justification, and/or execution of costs (incurred or future) for programs and projects. Teleworking is available based on mission requirements. Primary reporting location will be Aberdeen Proving Ground with occasional in person support required Ft. Belvoir with a minimum of four in-person support days per month. The Cost Estimator is responsible for: Developing R&D cost estimates for prototype projects. Developing life cycle cost estimates to determine the total cost of a program. Preparing estimates for changes in technical and/or funding baselines. Analyzing mission requirements to determine cost parameters, specific cost factors, and relationships to be utilized in constructing a cost model. Providing support in defending cost estimating methodologies. Refining and adjusting cost models in response to changes in technical specifications, support requirements, design alternatives, engineering, and operational trade-offs. Providing detailed cost reports and documentation. Providing advice and technical assistance to functional specialists in identifying and evaluating program cost factors and cost impact on program alternatives. Developing Independent Government Estimates (IGCEs) for R&D prototype projects to support management needs. Required Travel: Yes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing various levels of support associated with the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements as they relate to the Tactical Space Superiority (TSS) Product Office. Candidate will be responsible for developing and recommending Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP) to the Product Support Manager (PSM). Work transportation, Training, Fielding and other related activities as required. The successful candidate will perform logistics related tasks that may carry over from the Engineering & Manufacturing Development Phase (E&MD) into the Product & Deployment Phase throughout the remaining life cycle of the product. Candidate will develop, assist with implementation of logistics program activities including ILS, documentation development, review, and provide input for future provisioning, etc. Resolve logistics issues. Candidate will also compile data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
