The TQI Solutions Human Resources & Recruiting SkillBridge Program provides transitioning Service members with hands-on experience in both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources within a government contracting environment. Participants receive structured training and mentorship while supporting recruiting activities, onboarding, HR administration, employee documentation, and workforce planning. Through a combination of classroom instruction, job shadowing, and supervised on-the-job training, participants develop the professional knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully transition into civilian careers in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and government contracting.
This training plan supports participation in the Department of War SkillBridge Program and is designed to provide transitioning Service members with hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition within a professional civilian work environment. The program allows participants to apply their existing skills while developing new competencies relevant to human resources and recruiting functions.Under this training plan, the participant will support the recruiting team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. Training activities include managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings and phone interviews, tracking candidate progress, and communicating updates to internal stakeholders. The participant will also gain experience working with multiple open requisitions, applying appropriate technical terminology, and maintaining professional communication with candidates across various platforms.This role emphasizes organization, communication, customer service, and time management while exposing the participant to real-world recruiting operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The training experience is intended to prepare the participant for an entry-level recruiting or human resources role following their transition from active duty.

Through this program, participants engage in full-time, real-world training aligned to industry needs while preparing for a transition to civilian employment.Under this training plan, the participant will support IT and systems administration activities in a professional environment. Training will focus on maintaining and supporting computer systems and networks, monitoring system performance, managing user access, supporting cybersecurity best practices, assisting with backups and documentation, and providing technical support to end users. The participant will also gain exposure to automation, scripting, and modern IT tools while developing communication and problem-solving skills in a team-based setting.This role is designed to build practical technical experience, reinforce foundational IT knowledge, and support the participant’s transition into an entry-level systems administration or IT support position in the civilian workforce.
