Throughout the program, participants gain experience delivering structured lessons, conducting scenario-based training, maintaining training records, communicating professionally with students, and operating within an FAA-approved Part 141 curriculum. The program concludes with comprehensive preparation for the FAA Certified Flight Instructor practical examination while simultaneously evaluating each participant for employment as a flight instructor.
