Project Manager

Stronghold Contracting Group offers a DoD SkillBridge on-the-job training opportunity in Construction Coordination for transitioning service members. The participant trains alongside our operations and project teams to learn how a growing multi-state telecommunications and fiber construction company plans, schedules, and executes field work. The experience is built to translate military operations, logistics, and leadership experience into a civilian construction operations career, with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion. Participants remain on active-duty military pay and benefits throughout, and there is no cost to the service member.
