TRC serves a broad range of clients in industry and government, implementing complex projects from initial concept to delivery and operation. TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Field Services Interns for our DoD SkillBridge program. This is temporary position operating within in the guidelines established under the DoD SkillBridge requirements. Anticipated duration is six months (based on eligibility). This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon successful completion of the SkillBridge program. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of experienced TRC Commissioning leads.

Job description:

Testing and Commissioning of protective relays for electrical transmission & distribution substations. Works under supervision of Experienced TRC staff to test and verify substation protection & control system functionality. Become familiar with various types of test equipment. Become familiar with testing & commissioning processes and procedures. Read and interpret design drawings to understand engineering design and confirm intent. Must have strong electrical fundamental understanding.
