Metro Professional Services provides Contract Aircrew Training (CAT) and Courseware Development (CWD) services to the United States Air Force. We provide all personnel and services to perform E-3 Mission Crew Training (MCT) at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. In addition, we provide E-3 MCT to the proficiency level in accordance with (IAW) 552 Air Control Wing (ACW) MCT Training Tasks Lists (TTLs) at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. Our efforts include courseware development, academic instruction, Aircrew Training Device (ATD) instruction, simulator operator support, scenario development, mission crew ATD event scheduling, and support functions. Specifically, we train E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircrew members in a multitude of different specialties as identified in each approved course syllabi, continuation training plans, AF Directives, Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles, applicable TTLs and the Readiness Aircrew Program. Our efforts are to achieve effective E-3 mission crew personnel training and support in the areas of Initial Qualification Training (IQT), simulator support for Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Upgrade Training (UGT).
Job description:
Instructor positions (Mission System Operator, Air Battle Manager, Pilot, Flight Engineer, Technician), Radar Mission Support Specialist (RMSS)/Sim Operator, Education Technologist. Instructor interns will be trained in all aspects in courseware development, academic platform instruction, and aircrew training device instruction which will include all tasks and subtasks of the Training Task List in order to complete the Syllabus requirements for their assigned position. They will audit an entire course and be provided the opportunity instruct students with a fully qualified instructor. Education Technologist Interns will be trained on how to produce, update and revise classified and unclassified courseware to include lesson plans, student study guides, and slides to support academic and training device instruction IAW all Instructional Design processes and criteria. RMSS/Sim Operator Interns will be trained in all aspects of a Radar Mission Support Specialist (RMSS) which will include all tasks and duties associated with a RMSS. Interns will be trained in E-3 and Control Reporting Center Basics, Battle Management Basics, ALSA Communications, and ASCOT Basics. They will also be trained on various USAF aircraft to include communications, performance capabilities, tactics, techniques and procedures to ensure accurate replication while supporting the Air Battle Management Team. Interns will also be given hands-on training on how to mission plan, execute, and debrief a variety of scenarios in a variety of roles for each scenario based on the configuration of the Sim Support Team.
