During the internship, participants will:-Develop an understanding of the 110 CMMC cybersecurity controls and their application-Gain exposure to Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform environments-Support real-world compliance efforts and customer compliance initiatives-Participate in discovery, solution alignment, and ongoing customer support activities-Build foundational skills in cybersecurity, communication, and business operationsAt the completion of the program, candidates will be prepared to pursue roles in cybersecurity consulting, compliance support, and customer-facing positions within the Defense Industrial Base ecosystem.
This opportunity is 100% virtual. As of May 2026, twenty-eight SkillBridge candidates have participated in the program with a 100% job placement rate upon separation from active duty.Participants may have the opportunity to explore roles across cybersecurity, customer engagement, and business operations depending on performance, strengths, and organizational needs.
